We are five full-time Realtors® who started this collaborative endeavor after noticing the migration of people to Arizona from other states - especially from 2020 to present. Our aim? To be a valuable resource to potential out-of-state buyers, as well as any out-of-state Realtors® with clients looking to move to the Grand Canyon State.

Three of us moved here from somewhere else, and even though those moves were many years ago, we understand the challenges of navigating neighborhoods and finding that special place that fits and feels like “home.” Two of us are natives, and the depth of knowledge we share about the state, specifically the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas, only serves to benefit our clients.

As for the name “R Squared” - RETSY (the name of our brokerage) and Relocation (what we aim to help you with). R2. Until we think of anything better, R Squared it is.
